Key Medical Billing Leadership Role
Medical billing operations require expert leaders who can drive growth, ensure compliance and deliver high-quality results.
This leadership role involves overseeing the end-to-end medical billing process to guarantee accuracy, timely submissions and excellent client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving operational excellence through process improvements, automation and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage large teams with a focus on performance management and people development.
- Build strong relationships with clients by ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports and present insights to leadership.
- Stay updated on US healthcare billing regulations, HIPAA guidelines and payer requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 15 years of experience in the medical billing/RCM industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong expertise in billing processes, denial management, AR follow-up and payer policies.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and multi-client operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in driving digital transformation/automation in medical billing is a plus.
