About the Role:
As a Corporate Volunteering Manager, you are responsible for coordinating corporate volunteering activities across all Swiss Re locations in Asia.
Key Responsibilities:- Employee Volunteering: Own the employee volunteering target for the APAC region, aligning with the global strategy.
- Manage key volunteering programs - Charity of the Year and Community Days for the region.
- Coordinate local philanthropy CSR committees across the APAC region.
Communications:
- Act as lead content writer to generate engaging stories on Swiss Re Foundation efforts globally.
- Responsible for managing selected Swiss Re Foundation communication channels.
About You:
- Minimum 7 years of work experience in a corporate setting.
- Possess passion about people, planet, and competence in corporate volunteering program management.
- Demonstrate proven communication skills, knowledge, and understanding of social media practices, tools, and techniques.
- Able to collaborate, build relationships across cultures, organizations, hierarchies, and possess self-motivation, enthusiasm, and detail-oriented skills.
