Business Process Management Expert


Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Business Process Management (BPM) initiatives using the Bizagi platform. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of BPM principles, methodologies, and tools, as well as strong technical skills in software development and process design.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, model, and implement business processes using Bizagi Modeler, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop, configure, and deploy processes using Bizagi Studio, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
  • Customize and develop Action Components and business rules to meet specific business requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.
  • Design dynamic and user-friendly interfaces using Form Designer, prioritizing user experience and accessibility.
  • Integrate Bizagi applications with external systems using Connectors (REST/SOAP APIs, databases, and other platforms), ensuring robust security and data integrity.
  • Manage and customize the Bizagi Web Portal to deliver intuitive user experiences, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing Bizagi processes, leveraging problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
  • Evaluate and ensure high quality, maintainability, and scalability of delivered solutions, promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Document design, development, and deployment processes, providing transparent and comprehensive documentation for stakeholders.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Bizagi BPM Suite, with expertise in process design, development, and implementation.
  • Strong understanding of BPM methodologies, including Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
  • Proficiency in Bizagi components, including Bizagi Modeler, Process Development and Implementation, Action Components & Scripting, Form Designer / UI Development, Bizagi Connectors (Integration with third-party systems), and Web Portal configuration.
