Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our organization as a Senior Relationship Manager. This role requires collaboration with clients to design organizational health risk management and wellness programs.

  • Collaborate with clients to create customized health risk management and wellness programs
  • Develop implementation plans, define roles of responsible parties, and bring in appropriate health management vendors
  • Design and plan every aspect of health risk management program implementation, including employee communication
  • Supervise the launch of health risk management programs
  • Manage the operation of all health risk management projects and make changes in design and/or vendors as necessary
Requirements

Candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Hold an MBA from a reputable institution
  • Have 5+ years of experience in the general insurance industry
  • Be able to manage diverse client cultures
  • Have corporate relationship management/business solution provider experience
  • Have domain knowledge, especially in aviation, aerospace, and reinsurance
  • Knowledge of property and engineering lines is an added plus
