As a senior integration expert, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable data integration solutions across multiple systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Your expertise in OIC will enable you to lead the design and development of robust, secure, and maintainable integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Integration Design & Development: Lead the design and development of integrations using OIC.
  • Integration Architecture: Ensure performance, security, and compliance of end-to-end integration flows.
  • Optimization & Re-engineering: Re-engineer existing integrations for better performance, maintainability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Leverage Advanced Adapters: Utilize orchestration patterns, error-handling frameworks, and AI/ML-powered insights.
  • Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Guide junior developers by providing technical mentorship and enforcing best practices.
  • Influencing Technical Decision-making: Participate in architectural discussions.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical/functional issues with root-cause analysis.
  • Monitoring Mechanisms: Implement production-grade monitoring.
  • Collaboration & Documentation: Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions.
  • Maintaining Technical Documentation: Include design specifications and process flows.
  • Best Practices & Governance: Champion integration best practices, API security, governance, and management within OIC.
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Support continuous integration and deployment of integration artifacts.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 7–10 years in integration development with strong focus on OIC.
  • OIC Expertise: Deep knowledge of orchestration-based, scheduled, and file-based integrations, plus API management.
  • Cloud/SaaS Integration: Proven experience integrating multiple systems with third-party applications.
  • Advanced Features: Hands-on experience with advanced OIC adapters, error-handling frameworks, AI/ML-powered insights, and OCI services.
  • Leadership: Strong track record in leading technical teams and owning end-to-end deliverables.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to articulate integration concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
