**Job Title:** Informatica Developer

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our data integration and operations team as an Informatica Developer.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ETL development, support, data cleansing, quality control, and transformation activities across multiple business applications including SAP, Salesforce, Magic, Medea, FAME, and other legacy systems.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. ETL Development: Develop, enhance, and maintain Informatica mappings, workflows, and sessions.
  2. Data Extraction and Transformation: Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from diverse sources such as flat files, Oracle DB, Salesforce, SAP (RFC/BAPI/OS integration), and others.
  3. File Validation and Management: Execute file validation scripts, encryption/decryption, file creation, and secure transfers.
  4. Support and Monitoring: Support month-end activities, ensuring timely data loads and reconciliations. Monitor and troubleshoot ETL job failures, system performance, and process bottlenecks.
  5. Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support inflight projects (e.g., new company code inclusion in CMS, UAT upgrades, WC mapping discussions).
  6. Daily Operations: Provide operational support for daily feeds including DDF, CDS, FAME, and others across multiple geographies (Japan, UK, France, New Zealand).
  7. Informatica Upgrade Projects: Participate in Informatica upgrade projects, service restarts, and automation initiatives.
  8. Ticket Handling: Handle support tickets (90–120/month), ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.
  9. Process Improvement: Contribute to process improvement, documentation, and automation of recurring tasks.
Required Skills & Experience:
  1. Informatica PowerCenter/IICS Expertise: 3–7 years of experience in Informatica PowerCenter / IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).
  2. Strong Technical Skills: Strong expertise in ETL design, development, and performance tuning.
  3. Integration Experience: Hands-on experience integrating with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, and file-based systems.
  4. Data Security: Familiarity with file encryption/decryption tools and secure data transfer protocols.
  5. Large-Scale Data Handling: Experience handling large-scale data (300GB DB, 350–400 files daily, 300+ interfaces).
  6. Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting skills for job failures, connection issues, and performance bottlenecks.
  7. Automation: Exposure to automation of validation processes, service restarts, and operational scripts.
  8. Global Team Environment: Experience working in multi-shift support models (APAC, IST, UK) and global team environments.
  9. Data Quality: Good understanding of data quality, cleansing, and transformation best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  1. Informatica Upgrade Experience: Experience with Informatica upgrades and migration projects.
  2. Legacy System Knowledge: Familiarity with legacy systems (e.g., FAME, MAGIC, Medea).
  3. Cloud Integration: Knowledge of cloud integration (IICS, API integrations).
  4. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to coordinate with business/IT teams across regions.
