ODI Consultant Job Description

  • We are seeking a highly skilled ODI consultant to design and implement interfaces, packages, and load plans in ODI 12c.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure correctness and completeness of data loading, including full load and incremental load.
  • He or she should contribute to the estimation and planning of ETL activities for project planning.
  • As an expert-level Oracle professional, you will help the team write complex queries and stored procedures in Oracle.
  • Additionally, you will have expert-level knowledge on handling index partitions and synonyms in Oracle database.
  • Optimizing execution time of interfaces by implementing best practices is essential for this role.
  • You will coordinate with Project Managers and leads to ensure implementation as per agreed scope.
  • Furthermore, you will attend meetings and provide relevant clarifications on ETL work to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Finally, take ownership of ETL work in the project.
  • Interact with Business and IT team members to clarify requirements and implementation aspects.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an ODI Consultant.
  • Expert-level knowledge of ODI 12c, Oracle database 12c, Snowflake, and DBT.
