Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with non-technical stakeholders.

In this role, you will translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items. You will also configure Oracle SCM applications, conduct functional analysis, application gap analysis, and prepare design documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications (Inventory, Product Data Management, Demand & Supply Planning, Shipping, Transportation Management).
  • Conduct functional analysis, application gap analysis, and prepare design documentation (use cases, scope docs, business process mapping, functional designs).
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validate feasibility of user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure security and compliance with company policies for confidential information.
  • Research, recommend, and implement innovative SCM technology solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of:
  • Inventory Management
  • Product Data Management
  • Demand & Supply Planning
  • Shipping & Transportation Management
  • Hands-on experience with 2–3 full lifecycle implementations (Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Demand & Supply Planning).
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and Oracle Cloud framework.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries and SDLC methodologies.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing or leading teams is a plus.
