Job Title: Supply Chain Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced supply chain expert to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis, requirements gathering, and scope definition with stakeholders.
  • Translate business objectives into functional requirements and refine them into technical action items.
  • Configure Oracle SCM applications for inventory management, product data management, demand & supply planning, shipping, and transportation management.
  • Conduct functional analysis, application gap analysis, and prepare design documentation.
  • Support business users by clarifying requirements for project teams and developers.
  • Validate feasibility of user requests against system capabilities and data structures.
  • Provide expert data analysis using SQL queries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure security and compliance with policies for confidential information.
  • Research, recommend, and implement innovative SCM technology solutions.
  • Lead or mentor functional/technical teams as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience as an Oracle Applications Consultant or System Analyst/Manager.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle ERP Application functionality.
  • Deep knowledge of supply chain processes, Oracle Cloud framework, and SDLC methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL queries, MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word), and stakeholder management.
