Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Cybersecurity Strategist to spearhead our enterprise-wide security initiatives, driving the development and implementation of comprehensive security architectures across multi-cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in cybersecurity strategy, cloud security, DevSecOps automation, risk governance, and incident response, with a proven track record of leading security transformations in large-scale organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cybersecurity Leadership
    • Design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide security architecture and frameworks across multi-cloud environments, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Lead secure SDLC adoption, threat modeling, application security reviews, and WAF implementation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Drive DevSecOps practices, including automation of compliance checks, vulnerability management, and secure infrastructure provisioning, maximizing efficiency and minimizing risk.
  • Team Building & Mentorship
    • Establish and grow a high-performing Cybersecurity team from the ground up, setting up processes, frameworks, and best practices that promote excellence and innovation.
    • Act as the head of the Cybersecurity vertical, accountable for strategy, execution, and reporting to leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
    • Build a strong pipeline of security talent and mentor engineers to achieve maturity in security operations, driving career growth and development.
  • Risk Management & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining a robust security posture that mitigates risks and protects business interests.
    • Partner with leadership to balance business needs with security risk tolerance, translating technical risk into actionable business decisions that drive informed decision-making.
    • Continuously improve security policies, procedures, and audit readiness, staying ahead of emerging threats and evolving regulatory landscapes.
  • Incident Response & Collaboration
    • Work with SOC and Incident Response teams to detect, investigate, and remediate security threats and incidents, minimizing downtime and ensuring business continuity.
    • Develop and optimize incident response playbooks to improve containment, recovery, and resilience, enhancing overall security posture.
    • Implement proactive monitoring and security automation to reduce exposure to malicious events, streamlining incident response and reducing costs.
  • Security Culture & Awareness
    • Partner with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices across development and infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of security awareness and responsibility.
    • Provide strategic mentorship to engineers and stakeholders on threat trends, secure coding, and compliance, promoting ongoing learning and professional growth.
    • Lead documentation, training, and awareness programs to promote a strong security culture, driving engagement and commitment among employees.
