About This Role:

  • This position involves providing technical assistance to clients with cloud-based applications and infrastructure.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and upgrade Windows Server environments (2019/2022), including setup, configuration, patch management, and performance optimization.
  • Deliver remote support services to clients, resolving issues related to cloud services, server infrastructure, networking, and productivity software.
  • Oversee the end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level support for Office 365, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and other associated services.
  • Configure and troubleshoot printer setups across various network environments.
  • Implement and troubleshoot networking solutions, including VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
  • Manage Active Directory environments, including user/group management, GPO deployment, and DNS configuration.
  • Configure and optimize Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for secure remote access.
