Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional with proven leadership, transformation, and analytical experience to lead our team in a fast-paced environment.

This role is ideal for a FP&A expert who can deliver timely divisional analytics packs with actionable insights and drive FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and analytical skills, strong technical proficiency, and effective communication skills to partner with divisional finance teams and understand business dynamics and their financial impact.

  • Lead a team of analysts to deliver timely divisional analytics packs with actionable insights.
  • Oversight of service delivery as per defined SLAs with business divisions.
  • Drive FP&A transformation initiatives to simplify, automate, and optimize planning & analysis tasks.
  • Partner with divisional finance teams to understand business dynamics and their financial impact.
  • Annual planning by collaborating with multiple key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate close and forecast activities, system loads, result analysis, and prepare content for senior leadership reviews.
  • Sustainable content for monthly business reviews (MBRs) and deliver deep-dive financial analytics for decision-making.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to enhance critical reporting capabilities.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 years post-CA Finance experience with relevant FP&A expertise, ideally within the FMCG sector.
  • Proficiency in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Strong financial and commercial reporting knowledge.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to thrive independently and in a team within a fast-paced environment.

Job Specifications:
