Job Overview

We are seeking an exceptional customer support professional to join our team.

This role involves providing top-notch assistance to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries, diagnosing issues, and resolving problems in a timely and effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer support inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Determine the root cause of issues using existing knowledge base and standard operating procedure documents
  • Provide customer-facing bug progress summaries using available tools and platforms
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to quality standards in 90% of cases

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Typing skill with a minimum speed of 60-80 words per minute
  • Troubleshooting experience with complex issues and diagnostic techniques
  • Support experience with case lifecycles and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and ITIL knowledge
  • Preferred qualifications include 6+ months of experience in infrastructure, storage, or service desk roles, as well as hands-on experience with Google products and certifications such as Google Workspace Administrator
