Role: Marketing Associate Lead

Job Overview:

We're seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Associate Lead to join our team. As a key player in our growth and marketing efforts, you'll play a vital role in driving the overall success of our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing consumer behavior data, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the industry.
  • Analyze consumer behavior data, including traffic and conversion rates, to inform marketing decisions.
  • Create detailed reports on marketing and sales metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to engage customers and promote brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with the Creative and Content teams to develop compelling advertising materials that drive results.
  • Maintain organized records of growth, marketing metrics, and campaign results to ensure seamless operations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Track and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree; 3-4 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to interpret data and derive valuable insights.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding goals.
  • Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or similar software.
  • Familiarity with Google and Meta platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing marketing trends and technological advancements.
  • High attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and reporting.
  • Strong collaborative skills and a positive attitude to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Open to continuous learning and development in the field of marketing.

Estimated Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
