About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our customer support team as a key player in delivering exceptional service to our customers.

As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a vital role in managing escalated queries from our customers and liaising with our garage partners to provide solutions.

Your main duties will include:

  • Resolving complex customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with garage partners to agree on solutions and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Aiming to resolve complaints quickly, you will work towards agreed service level agreements (SLAs) in relation to response and resolution times.
  • Monitoring trends in complaints and working with the Customer Service Team Lead to identify root causes and suggest process improvements.
  • Assisting the Customer Service team in handling general customer queries, including incoming calls, emails, and live chat requests.
  • Accessing and managing all active and closed complaints.
  • Serving as the first point of contact for customer escalations.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A passion for delivering best-in-class customer service.
  • At least 3 years of experience in handling customer complaints by phone, email, and live chat in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Excellent time-management skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
  • Proactive approach to resolving complaints in a timely manner with excellent organizational skills.
  • Demonstrable motor vehicle technical knowledge (preferable).
  • Flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
Work Schedule

You will be required to work UK daytime hours, Monday to Friday, 08.00am - 17.00pm GMT.
