Digital Transformation Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Manager to lead our organization's digital transformation initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering digital transformation projects, as well as experience leading a team of Business Analysts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital transformation roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
  • Lead a team of Business Analysts to foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
  • Oversee the entire software development lifecycle from requirements gathering and analysis to implementation and adoption.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new software solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and data analytics.

Requirements:

  • A deep understanding of how software is built, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
  • Expertise in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, and Lean to manage projects efficiently and adapt to changing requirements.
  • Knowledge of how to connect different software systems and platforms to create a unified digital ecosystem.
  • The ability to plan, implement, and manage organizational change, helping employees adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Relevant industry certifications a plus.
  • At least 7-10 years of experience in a technology or business-related field.
  • At least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
