We're creating a new digital infrastructure layer that empowers users and creators. Our mission is to distribute participatory power globally, making the digital economy more inclusive.

This means building upon our own L1 blockchain and technical structure for protocols and ecosystem. You will work with teams on tech products across blockchain and distributed systems, solving real-world problems.

As a key member of our team, you'll lead sprints with capable tech teams and manage multiple products/tools and a team of 10+ members. Key responsibilities include driving technical design remodeling, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability.

Requirements:

Drive technical design remodeling, refactoring of layer 1 blockchain, smart contracts, and systems for robustness and scalability

Partner with cross-functional teams to create technical vision, detailed roadmap, and drive critical design discussions

Lead technology & architectural decisions to drive teams for implementation & code reviews

Build engineering processes for the team and champion product thinking

Provide technical leadership with a focus on quality & security

Robust documentation and knowledge management across the blockchain ecosystem

Preferred Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer sciences or equivalent stream

Relevant and progressive 10+ Years of experience, with good projects in Blockchain products

Hands-on experience in Software Development using ReactJS and Node.js

Hands-on experience in various databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB

Strong Knowledge of algorithms and data structures

Good understanding of Docker/Containerized application development
