Business Development Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of a designated coworking space and achieving monthly sales targets by scheduling client visits, negotiating, and closing seats. They will also build on existing channel partner networks to increase sales and revenue.

Maintaining CRM hygiene for precision tracking and follow-ups is crucial in this role. The Business Development Manager will work closely with the operations team to resolve any client issues within the given timeframe.

Staying up-to-date with competitor activities, launches, pricing, and the overall current scenario of the coworking industry is essential for success in this position.

Providing excellent after-sales support to retain existing customers and identifying new sales funnels and opportunities are key responsibilities of the Business Development Manager.

Key skills required for this role include excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in Corporate Sales in a hospitality background, customer account management, thorough knowledge of MS Excel, and good communication and convincing skills.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the commercial Real Estate Industry and ability to connect with young startups, SMEs, corporates, and build strong relationships.
