Job Description

As a Security Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day physical security operations and ensuring the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures. This includes collaborating with crisis management and business continuity teams to develop and implement protocols, as well as supporting front desk security operations and maintenance of security systems.

You will also assist in coordinating security logistics and risk assessments for international travel, provide support and guidance to 3rd party security teams, and serve as the primary point of contact during incident activation and response.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in physical security operations, crisis management, emergency services, safety & compliance or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in a security systems IT oriented role, including experience supporting security systems such as access control, CCTV, visitor management, etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Indirect leadership experience
  • Experience training/educating individuals on policy and procedure
  • Knowledge of risk assessments, threat analysis, and emergency preparedness
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
