Product Growth Specialist

Drive User Engagement and Growth
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
- User Onboarding & Adoption: Design smooth onboarding flows to ensure a seamless user experience, collaborate with CX team to resolve issues efficiently, and track completion rates.
- Feature Communication & Education: Develop a structured release communication plan, translate complex product features into simple messaging, and work with Marketing team for consistent user education campaigns.
- User Engagement & Retention: Develop strategies to drive repeat usage, monitor daily active users (DAU), monthly active users (MAU), churn, and feature adoption metrics, and design interventions to improve them.
- Data & Experiments: Run A/B tests and growth experiments, use analytics to track user journeys and identify drop points, and define and report growth KPIs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize features, collaborate with Marketing for adoption campaigns and CX for user training, and act as the voice of the user for continuous product improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in Product Growth / Growth Marketing / Product Management.
- Strong interest in Product Management, SaaS, or Growth Marketing.
- Familiarity with analytics tools.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to think creatively, test rapidly, and iterate based on results.
