Job Purpose

We are seeking a seasoned content strategist to spearhead the development of engaging stories that resonate with our target audience.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning the end-to-end content strategy on YouTube, incorporating in-depth explainers, interviews and short-form trend videos.
  • Adapting your approach as the platform evolves, experimenting with new features and formats to maximize watch time and subscriber growth.
  • Developing and publishing content on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook that brings our research to life.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with financial journalists and media outlets.
  • Working closely with research analysts, product marketing, design and video production colleagues to maintain accuracy, consistency and a compelling brand voice.
  • Using data and audience feedback to refine themes, formats and distribution tactics.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of content leadership experience in financial services or B2B, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies. They will be a natural storyteller who can turn complex market research into clear, engaging narratives.

A key requirement is adaptability, experimentation and a willingness to pivot based on performance and feedback. You will be expected to lead and mentor a talented team of writers, editors and producers, fostering an environment where creativity thrives.
