ERP Systems Analyst

We are seeking a skilled ERP Systems Analyst to join our team. As an ERP Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise resource planning systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting. They will also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems

  • Configure and customize ERP systems to meet business needs

  • Troubleshoot issues with ERP systems

  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve system efficiency and effectiveness

  • Analyze business requirements and make recommendations for system improvements

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system operations

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with ERP systems, including configuration, customization, and troubleshooting

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Kronos Workforce Central/Workforce Management (aka Dimensions) experience

  • Shift wizard and Dormakaba experience

  • Clock configuration and troubleshooting experience

  • Interface design and maintenance experience

  • Bhoomi experience
