Job Title: Enterprise Kafka Migration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Kafka Migration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automated migration pipelines to move enterprise Kafka workloads to open-source or cloud-native clusters.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Apache Kafka administration and migration, as well as experience with scripting languages such as Python, Go, and Bash. They will also be familiar with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, and have knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, GCP, and Azure.

In this role, you will be working closely with our engineering team to develop and integrate custom plugins for Kafka Connect, and to build scalable CI/CD processes for Kafka resource provisioning and configuration rollouts. You will also be responsible for ensuring automated tests cover data integrity, performance, and integration interfaces post-migration.
