ERP Manager Role

Job Summary:

The ERP Manager oversees the implementation, support and analysis of business processes within the organization. They develop and maintain comprehensive policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and business continuity.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for business transaction data processing to ensure Data Integrity and Business Continuity.
  • Manage user access privileges and passwords in ERP system.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance for manufacturing process.
  • Oversee technology risk management activities in ERP for manufacturing process.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan for Business continuity.
  • Configure regulatory requirements for critical fields and validate for manufacturing process in Plant.
  • Integrate ERP with Government Portal API, requiring master configuration and management.
  • Customize legal document output forms as PFI, e-Invoice Copy, COA, PO interfacing with customer and vendor.
  • Identify and prioritize user issues in daily business process.
  • Develop MIS reports for compliance and financial requirements.
  • Identify and resolve user issues through front-end and back-end support.
  • Ensure security of transactions by configuring stop dated transactions update and unwanted user access based on user role and access privilege level.
  • Monitor system implementation, support, analysis, application, and logical system security.
  • Ensure ERP software is up-to-date with latest builds for GST and TDS compliance.
  • Troubleshoot all technology issues.
  • Formulate overall strategy and policy for efficient ERP process.
  • Manage and maintain all ERP business processes.
  • Purchase, receive, and account for ERP modules for upgrading business processes.
  • Coordinate with Plant IT and other teams for ERP implementation and support.
  • Build and manage a stable, disciplined, and result-oriented team with successful leadership.
  • Train and mentor team members for desired performance.
  • Maintain employee morale by creating a safe and efficient working environment.
