Brand Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a critical role in shaping our brand identity and developing strategies to drive business growth.

About the Role

  • Elevate our brand position as the premier partner for data-to-AI transformation
  • Develop thought leadership content showcasing expertise without direct selling
  • Create and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints
  • Monitor brand health metrics and develop premium market positioning strategies

Digital Presence

  • Oversee digital brand presence across web and social platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, GitHub)
  • Partner with teams to ensure website reflects technical sophistication
  • Create consistent visual and verbal identity across channels

Internal Communications

  • Build internal brand pride through engagement initiatives and storytelling
  • Develop programs turning employees into brand ambassadors
  • Design recognition programs aligned with brand values

Talent Acquisition

  • Position us as employer of choice in data/AI space
  • Create compelling employer brand content for professional platforms
  • Partner with HR on campus engagement strategies

Thought Leadership & Industry Presence

  • Establish executives as thought leaders through speaking opportunities
  • Develop thought leadership calendar on AI readiness and data foundations
  • Create flagship brand moments through events, workshops, and webinars

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 6+ years brand management experience in B2B technology/consulting
  • Proven track record building and elevating technology brands

Core Skills

  • Advanced PowerPoint/Presentation Skills - Ability to create compelling presentations
  • Strong storytelling abilities to translate technical capabilities
  • Deep understanding of brand strategy and equity principles

Tools & Platforms Proficiency

  • Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced skills mandatory) +
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics
  • Brand monitoring tools (Brandwatch, Mention)
