
Strategic Business Growth Specialist

Job Purpose
Drive business growth in specified markets through strategic development activities, ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned markets, identifying potential clients, understanding customer needs, and forecasting market trends.
- Monitor sales performance on a weekly basis, highlight deviations, and initiate corrective actions as required.
- Ensure adherence to sales performance standards at the territory level.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities from multiple channels, developing a pursuit plan to maximize success.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with clients regarding product specifications, payment terms, and timelines, obtaining approval from senior management.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to deepen their understanding of customer needs and resolve queries efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for integrated solutions involving advanced technology systems and report to senior management.
- Document customer requirements and forward to relevant departments.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure order execution meets predefined timelines and criteria.
- Communicate changes in order specifications to concerned departments and ensure timely updates.
- Collect payments from clients according to contractual agreements.
- Ensure prompt delivery of goods to client sites as per delivery schedules.
- Maintain high-quality response times to customer queries and enhance overall response quality.
- Lead the establishment of service centers or identify partner agencies for rapid after-sales support to customers.
- Provide technical assistance to customers on after-sales related issues.
- Resolve customer complaints within agreed-upon timelines.
- Log and update customer interaction activities in relevant systems.
- Respond to customer queries/issues raised during sales execution and post-execution phases.
- Collaborate with distributor and dealer networks, escalating critical issues to senior management.
- Manage dealer activities, including stock management, invoicing, and payments.
- Stay informed about market developments and provide data to marketing teams on potential expansion/diversification opportunities.
- Discuss future plans with senior management based on report findings.
