Job Title: Software Deployment Specialist

Job Description

As a key member of the software deployment team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and timely deployments of software applications across multiple platforms. This role requires strong communication skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage all environments, including Development, QA, UAT, and Production
  • Refresh all environments in collaboration with development and QA teams
  • Coordinate releases for 3 platforms and work with operations teams for pre-deployment, deployment, and post-release support
  • Work with the Scrum master to manage release schedules, aligning work with sprint cycles and product roadmaps
  • Ability to work during nights and weekends according to release schedule
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, including all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • 5+ years of experience in IT release management
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile development
  • Experience applying appropriate principles, standards, processes, procedures, and tools throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Experience with execution of formal software test events
  • Experience with Agile Framework
  • Experience working with Requirements Verification Traceability Matrix (RVTM) Structured thinking
  • Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to task completion
  • Experience in Salesforce Deployment
  • Experience with Jenkins CI/CD Pipelines
