Job Opportunity: We are seeking a skilled Fabric Architect to spearhead the development and scaling of next-generation analytics platforms in the Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a remote position where you will be responsible for defining architecture, guiding implementation, and enabling data teams to deliver insights faster and with enterprise-grade governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement scalable Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and analytics solutions in Microsoft Fabric.
  • Develop and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and storage using Dataflows, Pipelines, Spark, and Delta Lake.
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and drive ingestion-to-insight workflows.
  • Establish CI/CD and IaC practices with Azure DevOps, ARM, or Terraform.
  • Evaluate governance, security, and compliance through Purview integration.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Fabric workloads.
  • Stay ahead of new Fabric capabilities and mentor junior team members.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience in data engineering, architecture, or analytics.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric.
  • Strong skills in SQL, Python, or PySpark.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services.
  • Familiarity with IaC tools (ARM/Terraform) and data governance practices.
  • Nice to have: Power BI, Azure Databricks, or ML/AI exposure.

  • A strong understanding of Lakehouse and unified analytics design.
  • The ability to build both batch and real-time pipelines.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Adaptive and proactive in fast-evolving tech landscapes.
