Job Opportunity: Experienced WordPress Developer

We are seeking an accomplished WordPress developer to join our small remote team.

The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, fluent in English, and skilled at transforming Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive WordPress websites.

The role involves translating Figma designs into functional WordPress websites, ensuring all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and true to design. You will collaborate with a small team to discuss requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver on timelines.

In addition to your technical skills, you should be proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to debug issues without micromanagement, and adaptability to new tools, workflows, and evolving client needs are essential.

  • Translate Figma designs into functional WordPress websites (themes, templates, and components)
  • Ensure all websites are responsive, cross-browser compatible, and true to design
  • Collaborate with a small team to discuss requirements, clarify tasks, and deliver on timelines
  • Manage deployments (staging → production), troubleshoot hosting/DNS/SSL issues, and ensure smooth launches
  • Debug, test, and fix errors efficiently while maintaining clean, modular code
  • Optimize websites for speed, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals
  • Work with plugins, integrations, and occasional custom development (PHP/MySQL, APIs)
  • Communicate progress regularly and respond promptly to team messages
