Job Title: Accounting Professional

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced Accounting Professional with 5+ years of experience in financial management, including inventory management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Responsibilities will include maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, preparing estimates, invoices, and credit memos, and reconciling vendor accounts.
  • You will also be responsible for calculating, reporting, and remitting sales taxes and royalties, as well as monitoring budgets and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
  • In addition, you will prepare and send year-end tax documents to accountants, and generate periodic financial reports as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient with accounting practices and software, including QuickBooks Online, Google Suite, Teamwork.com, Adobe Acrobat Sign, Inventory management tools (SKU Vault), and Shipstation.
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and resilient with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and maintain accuracy under pressure.
