We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Manager (Healthcare) to join our team at ISolve Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business results in the healthcare, medical diagnostics, and pathology lab domains in the Mumbai region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, plan, develop, and achieve business results in the healthcare, medical diagnostics, and pathology lab domains.
  • Research, gain, and share deep insights of prospective clients, create individualized approaches, design solutions, and product offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual plans and achieve revenue goals.
  • Must have pre-existing contacts in the healthcare and diagnostics domains.
  • Ability to engage with top levels of management, building effective relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets, team player, and entrepreneurial drive to succeed.
  • Must have a deep understanding of enterprise software solutions and market trends.
  • Familiar with solution selling techniques.
  • Must have strong account management skills.
  • Responsible for giving technical presentations to customers on proposed solutions.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the industry.
  • Assist corporate commercial team in facilitating commercial closures and resolving outstanding issues with clients.

  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications Required:

  • Masters/Bachelors degree with 4-5 years of experience in selling to diagnostics, healthcare, and pathology labs.
  • Exceptional sales track record of working in these domains with large customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Affinity for travel.
  • English, Hindi, and Marathi mandatory (read and write).
