The Role

You will be responsible for solving complex problems and identifying potential future issues across various platforms and services. You will work with our biggest clients, utilizing new technologies and modernization to deliver day-to-day solutions and security compliance.

Your tasks will include managing systems data for clients, prioritizing tickets to deliver the best solutions to our clients, and working directly with technicians. You will oversee a queue of assignments, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high standards of quality.

This is a challenging role that requires collaboration with a diverse group of talented people. You will gain invaluable management and organizational skills, which will come in handy as you move forward in your career.

What We Look For
  • We are looking for 5+ Years of experience in IT/IT Security & Compliance roles.
  • In-depth knowledge of vulnerability assessment and risk prioritization processes and tools like Qualys, Nessus, Skybox, Kenna, Rapid7, and Metasploit is required.
  • You should have the ability to respond appropriately in case of cyber security incidents as per Response & Remediation SLAs.
  • Understanding of network devices, servers, databases, and application security basics & hardening procedures is necessary.
  • Knowledge of Windows and non-Windows OS platforms is required.
  • Vulnerability gaps assessments, patch recommendations to close gaps are expected.
  • Knowledge of CIS, NIST, DoT regulatory understanding, and infrastructure hardening is necessary.
