Job Title: Cybersecurity Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and mitigating security threats to our systems and data.

Your primary focus will be on conducting thorough risk assessments, developing and implementing robust security protocols, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the highest level of security and compliance.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and methodologies, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Penetration Tests: Use various tools and techniques to simulate cyber attacks and identify vulnerabilities in our systems and applications.
  • Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Develop and implement comprehensive risk assessments and mitigation strategies to minimize the impact of potential security breaches.
  • Security Protocol Development: Design and implement robust security protocols to protect our systems, data, and infrastructure from unauthorized access or malicious activity.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT, development, and other teams to ensure that security best practices are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a strong background in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and incident response.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard security frameworks, including OWASP, NIST, and ISO 27001.
  • Strong knowledge of ethical hacking techniques and vulnerability assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
