Software Engineering Specialist – CAD Platform

This role involves working on the global CAD platform, focusing on middleware technologies and interface integration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop communication and data flows between the CAD platform and M-CAD E-CAD authoring tools, as well as other enterprise applications.
  • Implement interfaces for seamless data integration and process automation, using platforms like SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP PI PO.
  • Monitor and optimize middleware components and end-to-end data flows within the CAD-ERP platform ecosystem.
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues at the middleware and application levels, providing 3rd level support.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to interface architectures and operational processes.
Your Profile:
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a comparable field, with a focus on system integration or middleware.
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in middleware and interface development administration, using platforms like SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP PI PO.
  • Familiarity with CAD PLM environments and their integration into IT landscapes is beneficial.
  • Experience with M-CAD E-CAD systems and their integration into IT environments.
  • Strong knowledge of API technologies, REST, SOAP, messaging queues, and data formats like XML and JSON.
  • An analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving skills, and a structured approach to work.
  • Excellent team player mentality, intercultural and social skills, and a high willingness to collaborate in international teams.
