Job Summary:
A seasoned audit professional with expertise in leading and supervising external audit engagements of various clients is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large-scale multi-location assignments, identifying business development opportunities, and expanding the client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise external audit engagements of various clients, managing large-scale multi-location assignments.
- Identify business development opportunities and expand the client base by growing current client portfolio.
- Prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity effectively.
- Understand Firm's Quality and Risk Management procedures to ensure high-quality work delivery.
- Motivate a team of Managers, Assistant Managers, Executives, and Audit Assistants, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Foster good working relationships with clients, adapting to changing work environments at different locations.
- Meet challenging client requirements and provide exceptional service while willing to travel as needed.
- Collaborate with other managers to develop audit staff, ensuring proper deployment and career growth.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. They will also have a strong understanding of audit principles, procedures, and industry regulations.
