Job Title

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our organization as a Project Support Specialist.

  • Coordinate data collection from team members and consolidate data for summary reports
  • Maintain document control for programs and track competency development of the team
  • Support risk analysis and maintain risk logs, as well as project change management processes
  • Publish reports on time after internal reviews and approvals
  • Organize meetings and track action items to closure

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel advanced features, including VBA and formulas, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, and familiarity with Service Delivery tools.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably Engineering)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts and willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
