Industrial Equipment Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Equipment Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of our manufacturing equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, inspected, and repaired in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
  • At least 15 years of experience in maintenance management with a focus on industrial equipment;
  • Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to lead and train a team of maintenance technicians;
  • Proficiency in materials procurement, vendor development, and negotiation;
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance procedures;
  • Experience with PLC-based special purpose machines, utilities, hydraulic and mechanical presses, material handling equipment, ovens, and furnaces.
