About the Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Backend Developer.

This individual will play a key role in transforming raw on-chain data into actionable insights by decoding smart contract events and implementing pricing logic from decentralized exchanges.

This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys low-level protocol work, understands DeFi mechanics, and can build robust data pipelines that power real-time pricing engines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Owning the development of event decoders for major DeFi protocols.
  • Building and maintaining data extractors that convert on-chain events into structured trade data.
  • Implementing logic to calculate trade prices, including handling swap routing, liquidity pool math, and price inference.
  • Working closely with data and infra teams to build efficient and scalable data ingestion pipelines.
  • Optimizing performance and accuracy of pricing models.
  • Writing clean, well-tested, and efficient backend code in Go or Rust.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of backend development experience in Go or Rust.
  • A strong understanding of Ethereum smart contract ABI decoding and event logs.
  • Experience working with DeFi protocols, especially AMM math and Uniswap V3 ticks.
  • Familiarity with EVM-based chains and Ethereum node infrastructure.
  • Experience building data extraction or indexing tools.
  • The ability to work independently and own complex backend systems.
