SAP Expertise Required for Inventory Management

Job Title: SAP Specialist
Rrayze Business Solutions is a leading business consulting company with a global presence, providing a wide range of services to clients across various industries. Our HR Outsourcing and Recruitment business unit requires a highly skilled and experienced SAP Executive to manage end-to-end operations related to Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Purchase Orders (PO) within the SAP environment.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Processing GRNs, executing GI transactions, creating and managing PRs, coordinating with user departments for requirement validation, tracking PR status, ensuring timely conversion to PO.
- Maintaining accurate stock ledgers and inventory levels.
- Generating reports on GRN, GI, and PO status, maintaining documentation for audits and compliance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- SAP MM module proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain or store operations.
- Attention to detail, good communication and coordination skills, familiarity with procurement or storekeeping procedures.
- Preferred qualifications include SAP certification in MM, prior experience in manufacturing or logistics sector, understanding of inventory audits and stock reconciliation.
