A Venture Capital Investment Analyst is required to join our team for the role of Early Stage Investor.

This opportunity offers hands-on experience in startup evaluation, deal making, and portfolio management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deal Analysis - Conduct market size analysis, evaluate products/services including technology moats, assess teams, business models, and financials. Prepare detailed investment notes on potential opportunities.
  • Due Diligence – Support the investment team in commercial due diligence, financial due diligence, and legal due diligence.
  • Deal Sourcing – Assist in sourcing opportunities from founder networks and startup ecosystem. Screen startups, review pitch decks, and conduct preliminary assessments based on deal evaluation metrics.
  • Portfolio Management – Engage with portfolio companies and assist in preparation of updates on the companies, assist founders with research and go-to-market strategies.
  • Ecosystem Engagement – Attend startup events, demo days, and network with founders, accelerators, and fellow investors.
  • Internal Reporting – Assist in preparing compliance documentation and internal records.
  • Investor Relations - Assist in making presentations for Limited Partners as well as investor updates.
Requirements:
  • NISM Series XIX-D exam is mandatory.
  • Passion for startups, venture capital, and innovation.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to assess market trends and business models.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Background in business, finance, economics, or related fields preferred (though not mandatory).
  • Prior experience in startups, consulting, investment banking or finance is a plus.
  • An insatiable hunger to learn.
