Job Overview
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Representative to drive sales and revenue growth for our heavy equipment rental marketplace in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our comprehensive solution, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and generate new leads through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, and referrals.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their rental needs, and promoting the value of Fleeter's platform.
- Demonstrate and present the features and functionality of our rental marketplace to potential clients, highlighting the benefits it brings to their businesses.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring successful onboarding and adoption of Fleeter's platform by new clients.
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and objectives, consistently driving revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline, and performance to the sales manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record of 4 to 6 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the heavy equipment rental or related industry.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
