Job Opportunity: CSR and Sustainability Programme Lead

    We are seeking a highly skilled individual to lead the implementation of CSR and sustainability programmes within the agricultural value chain.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with NGOs, Farmer Producer Organizations (FPOs), and farmer groups for effective programme execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with farmers, local government, and community representatives.
  • Ensure compliance with CSR laws, sustainability frameworks, and reporting standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate programme outcomes, preparing reports on impact and effectiveness.
  • Drive initiatives that support sustainable farming practices, rural livelihoods, and community development.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's in Rural Development, Agriculture, Social Work, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in CSR, rural development, or agri value chain sustainability programmes.
  • Hands-on experience in working with NGOs, FPOs, or community-based organisations.

    Preferred Competencies:

  • Excellent stakeholder management and community engagement skills.
  • Strong project management and impact assessment experience.
