Lead Creative Strategist

Major Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Craft comprehensive creative strategies for multiple brands across diverse industries, encompassing campaign planning, ideation, scriptwriting, and copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the New Business team to develop innovative ideas and a compelling creative showcase for pitches.
  • Present cohesive creative plans for campaigns or narration of scripts to clients on any brand.
  • Maintain high-quality creative work that meets award-winning standards and proactively pursue recognition through various awards.
  • Report to the Creative Lead who provides overall direction, feedback, and references for campaigns or other creative tasks.
  • Coordinate daily with the Integrated Solutions Team (account planning + client servicing) on tasks ranging from topical posts to annual campaign strategies.
  • Provide visual direction to the graphic design team on ideas or concepts originating from your team.
  • Break down briefs to junior creatives for a smoother and more efficient process.
  • Work on revisions based on internal or external feedback and set realistic timelines that balance ideation, finesse, and meeting client goals.
  • Actively present throughout the production process from idea to final product upload, whether it's an event, shoot, post, or creative articulation of an idea.
  • Conduct in-depth research on the brand, competition, target audience, and stay informed about the brand's needs at all times.

  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop and propose value-added, creative interactive strategies and presentations for pitches to convert clients.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Capacity to manage a team of junior creative resources and provide guidance.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of target audience and creating content that appeals to them.
  • Knowledge of moment marketing campaigns and proposing topical content and campaigns proactively based on trending conversations relevant to the target audience.
