Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead our in-house visual design team, overseeing the development of creative and visually appealing designs for educational content. Key responsibilities include managing workflow, assigning tasks, and providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the in-house visual design team to create engaging and informative educational materials.
  • Manage workflow and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Conduct quality checks on outsourced visual designs to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all visual designs adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Review and approve all visual materials before final production or publication.
  • Ensure consistency in visual style and branding across all company graphics.
  • Drive innovation in the field of visual design by incorporating cutting-edge trends and technologies, creating immersive and engaging visual content tailored to enhance learning experiences.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, and 12+ years of experience in visual design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. They will also possess strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a keen eye for quality.
