As a Strategic Consultant in our Strategy and Transactions team, you will have the opportunity to work with clients across various industries, helping them navigate complex strategic, financial, operational, and commercial challenges.

Our team utilizes a structured approach to provide solutions to today's toughest questions. We work closely with clients to help them manage risk-return trade-offs, optimize capital allocation, and make informed decisions about financing and capital efficiency.

We offer five key services under our umbrella: Strategy, Corporate Finance, Buy and Integrate, Sell and Separate, and Reshape Results. These services are underpinned by our business acumen.

Key focus areas for our team include Investment Banking Advisory, Valuations, Modeling and Economics, Transaction Diligence, Restructuring and Turnaround Services, Project Finance, and infrastructure, as well as Strategy and Execution.

Technical requirements for this role include a strong understanding of company financials, including Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow statements, as well as operational terms such as Gross Margins, Break Even Analysis, Contribution Margins, EBITDA margins, and PAT Margin.

Qualifications for this position include a Postgraduate degree from a Tier 1 Institute, with a focus on delivering consulting projects in a professional services environment. Strong financial acumen, particularly in financial modeling and concepts, is also required.

Experience of 3-5 years in a relevant post-qualification experience in the finance and operations domain is essential.
