Database Administration Position

This role entails managing and maintaining large-scale databases to ensure efficient data management.

  • 5 years of experience in a complex IT infrastructure environment is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years as a Senior Database Administrator is necessary.

Key skills include:

  • Supporting failover clustering, SAN replication, database replication, and high availability technologies.
  • Performance tuning and management specifically related to SQL Server.
  • Troubleshooting and writing complex queries.

Prior experience working with MS Exchange, Active Directory, operating systems, AV protection, monitoring systems, virtualization, storage, and IT security is desirable. Additionally, knowledge of Red gate SQL Monitor and Redgate SQL Backup is essential.

Experience with migrating between versions of SQL Server and providing 24/7 production and development support for business critical applications and servers is also required.
