As a Store Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day store operations efficiently. This includes receiving and inspecting incoming stock from suppliers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and monitoring stock levels.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage the workflow in stores to ensure high productivity and efficient use of resources.
  • Verify the quality and accuracy of incoming stock from suppliers.
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of all items in the store.
  • Coordinate the activities of store staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Work with procurement teams to replenish stock in a timely manner.
  • Provide reports on stock status, sales, and discrepancies to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or business administration.
  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
