Senior Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our regional financial operations. This key role involves driving business growth and success through strategic financial planning, while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
This position plays a critical part in leading regional financial closing, financial planning, and cash flow management, providing valuable insights to the regional management team, tax, treasury, and governance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and Implementing Regional Finance Strategy and Objectives: Align with global strategy to drive business growth and success.
- Financial Closing and Reporting: Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Financial Planning and Cash Flow Management: Provide strategic guidance to regional management team to optimize financial resources and minimize risks.
- Adherence to International Accounting Standards: Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and adapt to financial regulation changes.
- Process Improvement: Drive improvements in financial processes, optimizing workflows, and enhancing reporting accuracy.
- Auditor Liaison: Act as the main contact for auditors, ensuring smooth audit processes.
- Business Partnership: Provide financial expertise and guidance to leadership, contributing to business planning, budgeting, and strategic forecasting.
- Team Leadership: Coach, develop, and motivate a team of finance professionals to achieve excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance overall financial governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA, CPA, or equivalent certification preferred).
- 10+ years of relevant controlling and advisory experience.
- Experience managing and developing Finance teams in a multi-national environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to navigate complex financial environments and drive process efficiencies.
