Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our DMPK efforts in the development of antibody-drug conjugates and monoclonal antibodies.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing and executing DMPK studies, as well as extensive experience in quantification of biologics using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.

They will also be proficient in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Expertise in DMPK Studies: Design and execute DMPK studies to support antibody-drug conjugate and monoclonal antibody programs from discovery through IND-enabling stages.
  • Quantification of Biologics: Extensive experience in quantifying biologics including antibodies, therapeutic proteins, ADCs, and peptides using LC-MS/MS, MSD, and ELISA platforms.
  • Advanced Bioinformatics Tools: Proficient in advanced bioinformatics tools such as BioPharma Finder, MaxQuant, Spectronaut, and other relevant analytical software.

  • Knowledge of DMPK Principles: Strong foundational knowledge of DMPK principles, including PK/PD, toxicology, and translational sciences.
