Key Responsibilities: Design, perform and interpret metabolite identification studies, both in-vitro and in-vivo.

This includes proficiency in using LC-MS/MS, HRMS and other analytical techniques for identifying metabolites and their structures. You will analyze complex data sets and provide structural interpretation for Phase 1, 2 and 3 metabolites.

You should have a strong understanding of drug metabolism principles and pathways. Experience with regulatory documentation and submissions is also required.

  • M.Sc. (Biochemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Analytical Chemistry) or Ph.D. with relevant experience.
  • At least 5 years' experience in DMPK concepts, including designing, performing and interpreting metabolite identification studies.
  • Presentation and communication skills to effectively represent the team in internal and external meetings.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This role involves preparation of relevant SOPs, protocols and reports to support various regulatory and non-regulatory submissions.
